At Magic Kratom, we offer free shipping to customers in the United States. We ship through the United States Postal Service (USPS) for all orders. If you do decide to make a purchase with us before 4pm EST Monday through Friday then we will guarantee same day shipping. This means that you can get your products quickly and conveniently without having to worry about extra shipping costs or long delivery times. With Magic Kratom, you can rest assured that your order will arrive on time and in perfect condition. If you're looking to purchase from us and you live in Canada, we can still ship to you - but unfortunately, shipping is no longer free. Additionally, if you are located in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Rhode Island Vermont or Wisconsin then you are not eligible to purchase from us.

Tracking information

The US Postal Service (USPS) is one of the most reliable shipping services in the world. However, tracking information can take up to 24 hours before any status is shown. This delay can be frustrating for customers who are eager to know the whereabouts of their package.

Delivery Delays

Magic Kratom understands that when you order something online, you want to receive it as soon as possible. That is why we always strive to get your package shipped out as quickly as possible. However, once the package has been handed over to USPS, it is now their responsibility and we cannot guarantee transit times.

What if my product is marked delivered, but I never get it? What if my package is lost?

If you have been expecting a package from USPS, but it never arrived, you may need to file a claim for reimbursement. Unfortunately, if USPS has marked the package as delivered to the shipping address on file, it will not qualify for reimbursement. However, there are still steps that can be taken to get your money back. To start the process of filing a claim with USPS, please call 1-800-275-8777 and provide them with all necessary details about your package. Return to sender Packages

When ordering from our website, it is important to make sure that all of the information provided is correct. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, we will refund you after it arrives back to us. By agreeing to all of the above, we strongly urge you to carefully look at your order before making the final completion of your purchase. This way, you can be sure that your package will arrive safely and on time.

Refund Policy
